He has also been a trailblazer in combining the strengths of Novell's ManageWise (Novell NMS + Intel LANDesk) product with Microsoft's BackOffice SMS to monitor and manage a mixed network OS environment, including NetWare 3., 4.x, DOS 6.x, Win 3.1, WFW 3.11, Win 95, Win NT 3.51 Workstation, Win NT 3.51 Server, using a mixed set of communications protocols (TCP/IP, IPX/SPX d Routers using Novell RIP, NLSP, IP RIP 2 and OSPF). He has also consulted on network design and implementation to 40 of the Fortune 100 companies in the USA.

In addition to his formidable practical experience, Scott has a first-class record as a network training instructor. He is President of SABRE EduTech, and organization committed to the provision of quality training for networking professionals. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), a Microsoft Certified Product Specialist (Windows NT, Windows 95) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He has also trained more than 600 people for their Novell certifications, including: CNI™, MCNE™, ECNE™, CNE™, and CNA™.
